Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Leonard AI platform, an online service designed for the operational management of beauty centers. By registering, accessing, or using the platform, the user fully accepts these terms and declares having sufficient capacity to be contractually bound on their own behalf or on behalf of the entity they represent.

Leonard AI reserves the right to update these terms to reflect regulatory, operational, or technological changes. Any modification will be notified through the usual service channels and will require new acceptance before coming into effect.

The platform offers tools for scheduling appointments, managing staff, controlling inventory, tracking clients, and analyzing the performance of beauty centers. Leonard AI combines traditional automation with artificial intelligence models to generate recommendations on workloads, service optimization, and personalized communication with clients.

Service provision may include optional integrations with third parties. Each integration is subject to acceptance of the terms and policies of the corresponding provider.

To use the platform, it is necessary to create an account and provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity carried out from their account. Leonard AI may suspend or cancel access when it detects fraudulent use, security breaches, or violations of these terms.

Access to certain advanced features requires subscribing to a plan. Each plan includes the services and limits described in the commercial offer in effect at the time of subscription. Subscriptions are automatically renewed for successive periods unless canceled at least 5 days before the next renewal date.

Plan changes will take effect in the next billing cycle, unless expressly indicated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable, except when applicable regulations recognize a right of withdrawal or when there is a breach attributable to Leonard AI.

Leonard AI uses Stripe as an external provider to process payments. By providing billing information, the user authorizes Stripe to make the charges corresponding to the selected subscription. All payments are processed in accordance with PCI DSS security standards and Stripe's privacy policies.

Invoices and receipts will be issued in accordance with the applicable tax regulations in the corresponding jurisdiction. It is the user's responsibility to review charges and report any discrepancies within 10 days of the charge date.

The artificial intelligence modules offer suggestions based on historical data and patterns detected in the beauty center's activity. These recommendations are for guidance only and do not replace professional judgment. Leonard AI adjusts and trains its models with anonymized or aggregated data, avoiding direct identification of users or clients, unless specific and express consent is obtained.

The user agrees to review the appropriateness of each recommendation before applying it and to inform Leonard AI of any incidents or biases detected, in order to improve the quality and fairness of the service.

The platform uses Supabase as the main infrastructure for data storage and management. Leonard AI applies role-based access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and retention policies aligned with current legislation. Information uploaded to the platform remains the property of the user or the entity they represent.

The user is responsible for ensuring that the collection, upload, and processing of data in Supabase have the necessary legitimacy, including the consents and notices required by data protection regulations.

It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal, defamatory, fraudulent activities or those that violate the rights of third parties. Attempting to access systems or data without authorization, interfering with the integrity or availability of the service, or reverse engineering software components is not permitted.

Leonard AI may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that engage in prohibited uses and will notify the competent authorities when appropriate.

Leonard AI will provide the service with reasonable professional diligence, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Leonard AI's total liability to the user for direct damages will be limited to the amount paid during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Leonard AI will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or harm arising from business decisions made based on automated recommendations, except in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Leonard AI acts as a data processor with respect to personal data that the beauty center enters on the platform. Processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement available on the platform and complies with applicable regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and complementary Spanish legislation.

Leonard AI implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. Users must inform Leonard AI of any security incident they become aware of and cooperate in its resolution.

Leonard AI may introduce improvements, new features, or price adjustments to the service. When modifications involve substantial changes to the contractual conditions, notice will be given at least 15 days in advance and the option to cancel the subscription without penalty before the changes take effect will be offered.

Users may cancel their account at any time from the platform settings. Leonard AI may terminate the contract for serious breach, non-payment, or legal requirements. After termination, a reasonable period will be offered to export data before its secure deletion, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
